Driving me nuts! I know I've seen that in the course of my VTEC conversion, but I can't remember where!! AAARRGHH! Maybe a thrust washer of some sort? My parts manual pics aren't big enough to show the shoulder on anything. Chuck! Oh, Chuck!! N J "Remember...pillage first, then burn!"

Here you go... 0.275" ID 0.885" OD 0.190" thick at thickest point 0.135" thick at thinnest point 0.885" diameter on th round part 0.825" diameter from thte flat to the round. You can see in this picture that there is a little area of wear around the hole that maybe had a smaller washer to hold this in place.

The ID of this part will not fit on a manifold stud. It's too small. Any other ideas?
