These cars have VIN tags?

People are like slinkeys; they dont really serve a purpose but you cant help laughing when one falls down the stairs.

Let's not talk too much about vin tags, we don't know who is watching this....LOL

Some cars have new vin plates that were bought to replace a manky old one, others have had vin plates replaced during a restoration or after removal for painting and thus can be made quite badly by the homebody who does not want to pay for a professional job. Most probably however you are seeing revinned cars that have had vin plates made, I have not seen an original vin tag with crooked stamping. I have however seen homemade vin tags, some made of steel and in a similar shape to the proper ones and spot welded to the cars slam panel (the last ones were done by a dealer here in the UK) these home jobs are normally a mess with letters at weird angles as well as spacing that is a mess. Looking at VIN tags I've noticed that a lot of the older ones are less than perfect and the letters/numbers are not lined up perfectly straight. Just curious what the rest of your VINS look like.
