Minimanias' "ASH" wood kit is $2K-

If l added it to the Clubman Estate, do you think the value would climb by $4K ??

If you think re-doing the wood on a Mini is bad try doing a Morris Minor Estate...

Steve

You will learn more about Minis by driving one for 30 minutes than if you read every book written about them.

Somerford Mini Center, UK. Couldn't be happier with the quality. At the time reportedly the cheapest price as well. Make sure in install it with weather stripping which makes up for any gaps between the wood and body.

Nick L in Chicago (or his wife) has the nicest looking wood kit on his blue wagon-

I believe he purchased the vehicle from Dan Viola in Rochester N Y-

I re-did one once, never again-Right up there with installing head liners-

I dont know why I didnt keep the old kit. Its up there on the list of stupid things from my past, ah well.

I was surprised to hear your kit was oak, I thought the new ones were all ash. Unless it was custom made I guess then they are not all equal.

If you have bought one recently tell me about it, where from and wether or not its awesome.

Do you have the old wood? I have a brother that is probably the best wood worker in California. I can ask him if he could make it.

Thank You in advance!
