It has to be the right car, I saw a PT Cruiser yesterday with a tricked out paint job and wide white wall tires. I honestly can say it's the first Cruiser that I've liked. The white walls made it look modernly "period".

perhaps meaning "the look" of "the suspension" ?

I have a Japanese Mini magazine, and there's a bright yellow Mini with whitewall 10" tires, and it really is cute. of all the hundreds of Minis in that magazine (with no English) it's the ONLY one I remember. On the right car...but only the right car.

No idea of a source however.
