If one was so inclined, the pits could be filled with a metal filled epoxy such as Devcon and then sanded for hours and hours. Devcon can be used to fill pitting in Diesel cylinders and then honed, and it lasts 100,000 miles. It would certainly work here.
I have seen the alloy wheel repair guys that dealerships hire to fix curb rash and dings hide some pretty horrible gouges with epoxy filler and an air brush.
However, if you don't do it yourself it won't be worth the cost, and if you do it yourself it probably won't be worth your time for the money you might get for them.
The corrosion seems bad enough that the tire wouldn't seat against the wheel well enough to hold air.
