He'd be lucky to get $10-12k for it at somewhere like Manheim... I'll give him that for it! :-) (Standard) dealers have a hard time with expensive cars this old because people can't get conventional car loans on them, can no longer easily get equity out of their homes, and generally don't have $20k cash sitting in a checking account somewhere... Bill, many thanks. He sold the newer ones ages ago, he now has a 2002 Wagon which he is keeping and this 95 he is selling, It is heading to auction where I said he would get murdered, I told him ebay or other method would net the car what is deserves, He paid a heck of alot more than 20k but thats what a dealer will do to him, I told you about the 2005 V12 with 2500 miles on it that he had, he lost his shirt on that one and bought it for half of what it cost new. Cars on one painful mistress, Just wish I could bring it back to UK.

I love these cars... looked at a couple for sale at Spring Carlisle a couple weeks ago. You're spot-on with the average price and mileage... I'm starting to see below average ones at $10k now... I went over to NADA to see how much they'd add for the low mileage and was shocked to see they said +$6400 (which percentage-wise I think is a bit too much)... but anyway they say $19-23k... I'd think anything close to $20k would be well-sold. But since he likes Mercedes, I'd recommend he stay with it and sell his newer ones... Bill

Hey Guys, Bill Elliot most importantly as he is an encylopedia on this sort of thing.
My father is selling his 1995 Dark Blue Merc E320 Convertible, 30k miles. Mint condition. Any idea of value? Ebay is not much help, seem to range from low teens to 19s but all have double the mileage.
Any assistance most appreciated.
