Well it looks like I will have the opportunity to attend the ABFM on the 26th (my birthday). Have to go to a memorial service the evening of the 26th in Seattle and will be staying in Belleview nights of the 25th and 26th. I have wanted to go to this for a few years now see you all there.

I have lots of bits for sale, but don't think I'd want to set up camp in the swap area and be trapped there all day! I would if I could get some guaranteed takers on some 850 powertrains! I think they are starting to make my shed tilt to one side! Anyone want a VERY nice, low mi, running 4 months ago, hi compression, complete 850 powertrain? Cheap? Best regards, MSH

Hey Chad, A space is $35. I've already sold my wheels and tires to Quicksilver, you bought my light bar, I sold the bumpers and I donated the tie rod to the club at the last meeting. The only bits I have left are not going to sell for more than thirty bucks total if I'm lucky! That said, if we can split a space between 3 or 4 of us it might be worth it! Why don't you post the idea on the SAMOA site and see if there are any other takers. Heck, maybe the club could buy a space for members to use? Kevin

Hi, This might be more of a Pacific Northwest interest, but read on! This year's All British Field Meet will once again be held at Bellevue Community College. It is scheduled for the weekend of the 26th of July, with the main full day event being Saturday the 26th. Check out the basic web page on http://www.abfm.com/abfm.htm This is the 20th year of ABFM Bellevue and is really quite a good time. Always a good supply of parts, parts cars, and cars for sale- from project to pristine. Mini participation has been increasing the last few years, and of course there are always plenty of MINIs there too. SAMOA will be there, although it is uncertain at this time whether or not we'll have the committment to bring out the Mighty Mini-Q/Mini-Cooler. Come check us out! Also, for more things Pacific Northwest and Mini related, be sure to stop by and introduce yourself on http://www.seattleminiowners.com/ be sure to path thru to the forum pages Have a great weekend! Best regards, Mark
