The rear of the 2002-2004 R50 MINI Cooper (as well as the front) has as an factory option plastic chrome covers to simulate conventional bumpers. This piece fits over the trim on the rear bumper.

The chrome cover has tabs for securing onto the bumper. Slots will need to be cut into the bumper for proper fitment. Professional installation is recommended.
